Good tech support from Dish Network
June 12th, 2008 | by admin |It’s not right to complain about bad tech support and not praise good tech support.
That being said, I give much credit to Dish Network support. Everytime I call, I get a rep on the phone within just a few minutes and more often than not, that rep is empowered to work within the system to reset my equipment, make changes, whatever I need. If something needs to be escalated, I have I higher level tech on the phone within minutes.
They are not a small mom and pop shop. Whatever they’re doing in order to give proper technical support while being big should be studied very carefully by many other companies.
